The Ocean Course at Cabo del Sol - 5th green to 15th tee is just about 150 feet difference in elevation without much in the way of brutal uphill golf in between.

I am sure the Olympic Club Lake course has at least 150 ft. of elevation change from the 1st tee to the bottom of the course (holes #13-#14-#15). The current configuration of the course dates from the 1920's, with a number of minor alternations thru the years.

Much of the course plays across the slope of the hill, rather than purely uphill or downhill. If you can't play off of a sidehill lie, you are in for a VERY long day. What makes the course even tougher is that some of the holes where you would want to hit a fade give you a draw lie and some of the holes that ask for a draw give you a fade lie.

From Google Earth, the Cascade course at the Homestead is 295 feet from the 4th tee to the 17th green.

Cran-Sur-Sierre in Switzerland has about 200 feet change.

I would think that Querencia has even more tha CDS, no? From 9 green to 18 green has to be 3 times that..

I would be surprised if it is much more than 200 feet in total...

Don't actually recall if 18 green sits higher than the back tee on 8 and, I believe 12 but I want to believe that this perched tee is the high point????

Not really sure... I don't have the benefit of the topo maps for Querencia as I do for CDS Ocean which fall just short of the 150 feet (about 147)... The Desert Course on the other hand has some 220 feet of change in elevation.

Google Earth says that River's Edge in Bend where I believe Don Mahaffey works (or used to) has 320 feet of change.

I haven't seen Riviera mentioned yet, the first tee and 18th green have to be at least 150 ft from the lowest point on the course. Also, I would bet that Pebble Beach property has at least 150 ft of rise from low to high. Spyglass also.
