From the WeKoPa newsletter:


...the real news is that construction has been completed on the new Bill Coore/Ben Crenshaw designed Saguaro course.  Saguaro has also been completely overseeded and the finishing touches are now taking place.  We are on schedule for the public opening of the course on Saturday, December 16th and will begin taking starting times no later than October 27th.

Cholla. I was going to play it a few weeks ago but they wanted to charge me the non-resident rate of.... a lot more than Talking Stick ;D

Cholla...OK that works...here's hoping they build a third course and call it Ocatilla...another of my favorite desert vegetations!

Strangely enough, there already is a course nearby in Chandler named Ocotillo. You'll need another name!
