My Gift to you for the Weekend
« on: October 13, 2006, 10:57:39 AM »
St Andrews Uni have seemingly just about completed their digital photographic archive.

Go here and type in 'golf' (or whatever takes your fancy):

You'll be lost for hours....

Thanks Martin.  Rarely does a day go by that I don't pine for St. Andrews.  It's unhealthy, really.

Cheers Mike,
I stumbled on this as I was searching for info about the 'Bruce Embankment'.
Type that into the search and take a look at the 'Construction' Photo. It's a Killer!!! I knew boats were involved, but not the exact execution...

Martin,

Can you save me some time and just go ahead and identify by number the photographs in which Bob Huntley appears?

Martin:

Just fabulous!  Thanks for passing along.
All architects will be a lot more comfortable when the powers that be in golf finally solve the ball problem. If the distance to be gotten with the ball continues to increase, it will be necessary to go to 7,500 and even 8000 yard courses.

If any of you guys want to send me some headshots, this could be a ton of fun.  I started looking through the images and all I can think about is fun with photoshop!
Thanks Marty!

Yeah, you were going to do a "guess the baby picture" album too.  One more thing to add to your sleep deprived evenings... ;) ;D

RJ,

All the babies looked like Winston Churchill.  It was really hard to make it a contest.  Plus the nudes some sent were a bit , shall we say, disturbing.

Oh man.....  ::)

I don't have any digital photo's of myself as a baby, due to my very old age, even grandpa x 2 status. Unfortunately for Jim, I do have an "all-in-one" machine at the office that will scan 8 1/2 x 14...... ;D

That'll teach you guys to mess with me..... 8)
