..Well, Dr. Bill (if I'm interpreting his acronyms correctly) has nailed most of these, but for what it's worth...
#1---Here is a wide view of the clubhouse and the marvelous swath of green/tee height cut encompassing the #9 green, #10 tee and #18 green. The course was done by one of the GCA faves, and is under-visited and under-studied by us, in general... Likely very much on-the-radar if located in a metro Northeast area..
#2--The venerable Garden City GC. I assume that this pond is NOT a source of controversy at the club
#3--Indeed, the Myopia Hunt Club. Anyone who wishes to see this in person may do so on 10/10/2006. Don't miss it sometime during your lifetime as a GCA-student...
#4--Mr. Murratt knows this view well...The porch is one of the more pleasant places to enjoy a crisp fall afternoon one could ever want...
#5--The Meadow Club--love the way this reflects the area around the club..
#6--At Mr. Morrison's request, the "Valley" of Huntingdon Valley
#7--As a nod to Bryon Nelson, this is Inverness Golf Club
#8--I think several of you know this one, but since no one has "spoiled" it...Ross course, with several previous and (I think) on-going revisions. Brutal #1 hole and one of the more severe false-fronts on #11 one could hope to handle. This is a pan-back of the previous shot (#9)
#9--Some folks may prefer this view from the club, when properly populated on a warm summer's afternoon...
#10--This pan-back of (roughly) the same angle should help out...
#11--Dr. Bill has it, but here is (after #2) perhaps the other best-known hole on the course..
#12--This hole is iconic, both for the club and the "Society", topical because of some of the sniping today on GCA on one thread...
#13--Not necessary!
Hope this helps, and that this has been fun...
