Why does

 Pat Mucci start topics like " Is the USGA" , "What would happen" and "The next time you play golf" ?

   It is exasperating.


  Pat,

   I only open them out of respect for your knowledge and experience, but could you maybe give me more of a hint in the title as to the topic?

Only look at questions that make it to page 2.  The others are likely to be completely (rather than partly) rhetorical. :)
