Ritz Carlton Golf Club at Creighton Farms

Just want to know if anybody on this site, has been following this golf course construction. project  Property looks really cool.  Does anybody know when this golf course will be open???

I driven by a few times and have checked progress on their website although it is far out of my league financially.

Reminds me of the INXS song "...makes me wonder how the other half lives..."

It is beautiful country side out there. They have the chance to make something special.

i live about 10 miles south of the course on rt. 15. there are at least 4 other courses along that road that have similar terrain. Raz Falls, Bull Run, Dom Valley, and Piedmont. Plus Evergreen, but that's off the road and up the mountain just a bit.

from the tiny amount i can see peeking over the berms as i drive by it looks like the greens will be small.

i agree that it is a nice rolling terrain.

Where is this located for those of us who do not wander by Creighton Farms?

it's between Haymarket and Leesburg VA. Or, one could say it's east of Middleburg, VA.

Now, I'm curious about the name Creighton Farms which would seem to be more appropriate for, say, Nebraska. I know there is a Creighton Builders which built a lot of luxury homes in a development called Thunder Oaks nearby. I wonder if there is a connection.
