Oh boy, my first day back on-line at GCA.com - and to see this great news of James Andrew's arrival on the scene is a fine come back.

Finally, some competition has come along to give young Patrik Swanson a run for his money.  See you guys at the Colobraska Sand Hills tour Junior match play finals in 2020. ;) ;D 8)

How can you look at that little guy and still think that minimalism is overrated?

Huck -

Congrats! That is awesome. I am glad I am not the only old fart with an infant. My little GOLF just turned one, but I remember well the infant nights. Enjoy!

Many thanks to one and all for the thoughts and well-wishes - I must say reading through these just now gave many audible yuks.  My wife is looking at me even more weirdly than normal.

 ;D

Now off to take a picture of him in his Arsenal kit....

And hmmmm...mouth open, ready to gab... yeah, just where oh where did he get that?

Note that so far this is one nocturnal baby.  But the training is beginning.  ;D

TH

ps - I kinda like JAH also... I've always been pretty rasta.

Tom,

There is only one superlative, and I'm very disappointed no ne else has used it.

YAHOO!

If it isn't too inappropriate, another GCA'er also had a new critic born that week. As of this posting Olivia Chapman is twice as old as your son. Born Monday the 20th. Also 8 lbs. and change.

A shechianu to you both. (Thats a good thing)

TH,
Congrats.

Not long ago we had our fourth, Sarah, and now I have a guy who is a month younger than me who is a grandpa, Joe Hancock, arriving to shape a bit of earth.

Only the good start late.

In the same vein, I doubt that anyone in the neighborhood of the Huckaby residence would be saying that Master James had goog - goog - googly eyes.

Well done, and yahoo indeed

May he continue to be referred to as 'James Huckaby' - it is very regal.  Far mor so than 'Jamie Huckaby' although Jim Huckaby isn't too bad either.

I think your wife might be mentioning that famous James Bond line with a slightly different emphasis in the not to distant future.  you know 'James, Oooohhhhhh ........ James'. ;)  I'm sure he will be as well behaved as his father.
