Tom Huckaby

A new critic on the golf scene
« on: August 27, 2006, 12:53:36 PM »
This guy is tough.

Welcome James "Saint" Andrew Huckaby, who arrived in this world at 9:44am on Friday August 25, 2006, checking in at 8 lbs., 2 oz., 19.25 inches.  His first words were "minimalism is overrated."

Mom is recovering, big sister and big brother are thrilled, Dad couldn't be happier but is most definitely sleepless in San Jose.

Well done Huck, and Mrs. Huck, of course....

I am completely chuffed to see James naturally experimenting with THE CLAW(tm)!

Way to go, congrats all around.

I was also 8 lbs. 2 oz. at birth, but I'm pushing 200 now. Where does the time go? :)

Tom,

Congrats to you and Holly!  It's good to know that a better golf swing is forthcoming in the next generation of Huckaby's.

Give Holly our best wishes as she tries to cope with yet another golfer in the family.

Many thanks to one and all for the good wishes... the critic is asleep so there's a break in the action.

And Rich - great catch!  He did start out with the claw(TM) straight away... poor little guy!

Oh man, that cracked me up, btw...

Cpngratulations to all.  Trust me, that kid will never be allowed to use either the Claw(tm) or the long putter.  His roots are far too traditional!

Way to go Huckster!

Of course, if he's a golf course "critic", he will be the first one in your family!  ;)

Truly, I hope he develops your unflagging optimism and passion for the game.  And...one day, I hope he gets a wife half as understanding as your own.   ;)

My best to everyone in your family, Tom.

Congrats Huckster. One more golfer and critic to train.
