As You Like It

In Act V after the true identity of Ganymede is revealed (of course the audience knows already - like any good comedy) Touchstone is there to remind us that the truest lovers, like the best poets, are liars.

Is deception an art practiced best by the greatest of archies?  If so, what is fair game in deception?  Is there nothing below board which should be abhorred?

Unfortunately, with yardage charts and 150-yard markers, much of the visual deception has been taken from the game, but there are times when your eyes tell you that the yardage chart is wrong.  There is inevitably a deep bunker or a stream in front of the green on such occasions.

You and Mark should be on thread where I've got Pat Mucci to agree to cross-drees in order to play the Old Course from the Lady's tees....... ;)

As for deception, the fact that a huge % of markers are bogus due to poor measurement techniques and/or technology makes one want to say, as Will S. might have, caveat emptor!
