Courses chosen for Fall series look weak

Here's the article.  More waterfalls and stained glass windows in clubhouses and fake mounds and...as Shack puts it...helicopter landing pads masquerading as greens.

As Mrs. Krabapple says, "Pretty Lame, Milhaus..."

What's even stranger is how Mr. Finchem knows the Fresno course is a great one.

Is it finished?

Reading the US Am thread while watching Firestone, I was thinking about how there's so little uproar over these mediocre venues.

On second thought, I suppose it is best to keep these guys away from any real treasures.

These will be tournaments featuring players from 50-150 on the money list.  I wouldn't have expected anything different.

Bayonne would have been a MUCH better venue than anything chosen.

bump...it also hit me that Boston and NY and Chicago are left out...

So are the Carolinas and Colorado.

Cue Ian Faith, Manager of Spinal Tap, "Oh, and the Boston gig has been canceled, but wouldn't wprry about it.  It's not a bog college town..."
