I believe it was the original 18, but maybe someone else can back that up. I'd have liked to have gotten to play that configuration as one course, although playing them on successive days wasn't bad either.

The original blackwolf run was just one course.  The holes were 1,2,3,4, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, of the river and then the valley or 10-18 of the Meadow/Valley course.  10 is different then it plays now.  It plays up the hill rather than through the woods.  This is how they play it for the Women's US open.

Correct, the old 10th hole was excellent. You hit 3 or 5 wood off the tee to the base of the hill, and then you had to carry the crest or you faced both an awkward lie and very awkward walk.
Live Jupiter, Fl, was  4 handicap, played top 100 US, top 75 World. Great memories, no longer play, 4 back surgeries. I don't miss a lot of things about golf, life is simpler with out it. I miss my 60 degree wedge shots, don't miss nasty weather, icing, back spasms. Last course I played was Augusta
