Just wanted to give a big GCA welcome to Glen Ridge CC's Dean Paolucci.

Dean was instrumental in overseeing the Ron Forse restoration of the Willie Park features at Glen Ridge CC, in Glen Ridge, NJ and should prove to be a valued addition to the GCA Community with his insight on the process Glen Ridge had in restoring their golf course.

Not many care about the restoration process Dean.  However, you will have a lot of friends that want too see the restored course once they run out of invites from the major Met area clubs.

Welcome, Dean.  If you're a friend of Kyle's you're ok in my book.   ;D

And don't worry...in a perfect world, only Hamilton and his well-heeled friends would be able to see or play any course but Barking Dog Muni.   It seems to fluff his dander that the world of F. Scott Fitzgerald and Margaret Mitchell doesn't exist any longer.  

Those nouveau riche are so gauche, don't you know.   ::)

Welcome Dean!  

I second Kyle's post regarding Dean's experience in working with his club.  In addition to this, Glen Ridge is in my opinion very, very much a 'hidden gem' in the North Jersey private club arena, where most all of the attention is garnered by Ross, Tillinghast, and Raynor/Banks.

Dean did a wonderful job in embarking upon, managing and completing a project that enhanced golf at Glen Ridge CC.

He's well versed in dealing with Boards, Committees Memberships, Architects, Superintendents, Staff, Contractors and Critics, all necessary when engaging in a project that involves change and a substantive financial obligation on the part of the membership.
