Is Fazio Off the Hook on This One?

Hartefeld National.

Not routed by Fazio, but a local LA by the name of Hirsh(Chisel Creek).

Is this true? if so.....

Fans of Fazio's routing should cross this one off the the list, not his.

I'm not sure.  

In fact, I'd given Fazio credit for what I think is quite a good routing!   I can't think of too much I'd change and much of the land is utilized well.

My problem with Hartefeld is simply the internals of many of the holes, not where they lay on the land.  That being said, there are a couple of really good holes, as well, such as 16, 17.

To be honest I have a hard time judging routing. I posted this because I've heard from a couple of different locals the routing was not his and I've read many posts here about Fazio and this aspect of his designs.

I was a member there for a year and after 35 rounds or so I must say I got bored. I do agree with 17 and 18 though, and I enjoyed the 8th as well.
