Nice words about Avondale.  I was a member for 25 year.  Too many houses and too much a test of only straightness but it is still like going back to the womb for me.

Gozzer Ranch will open next year (across from Black Rock).  It may be the best on the lake - there are some truly wonderful holes across a diverse site.
