I had heard that Greenville CC's Riverside Course would be closing sometime this year for some renovations. I didnt learn how extensive they would be until today.
Riverside (done by Ross's group originally although it is believed he never actually visited the site) will be gassed in July/Aug and closed in Nov/Dec timeframe. Brian Silva has been hired to give them a Raynor-lite course from what I heard. From what I understand he is going to do something a little more tame than he did at Black Creek in Chattanooga.
Needless to say I am very excited to see what he can do right here in my backyard. The expected time frame is like 11 months from what I heard.
Any thoughts?
