Thanks for the update Chris. A further perusal reveals the rest of the Sandbelt and the Mornington Peninsula, and even further south, Barnbougle Dunes in Tasmania.

I've been trying to find Brookwater near Brisbane for sometime now without any luck.

A lurker alerted me to the fact that both Sutton Bay and Wade Hampton are now available on Google maps. Look for the ice on the Missouri to help locate Sutton Bay. Unfortunately, it does not show in high definition the par-3 course or clubhouse.
