If any of Tom's people are still out there in Deer Lodge...and reading this board....the Uptown in Butte offers up one of the finest meals you will find anywhere....I mean gourmet dining at it's finest....a very, very pleasant surprise...only 30 minutes or so from Deer Lodge on the Interstate.

Nice writeup on TD.

I am very curious as to how the Renaissance Club in East Lothian is turning out. I rode the public bus right next to the Archerfield property many times...

I don't care that it is not linksy - what is it like???

PS - Sebonack is not linksy, either.

PPS - The Renaissance Club at Archerfield will consist of an eighteen hole championship golf course designed by the renowned American architect Tom Doak, a state of the art clubhouse built in a style traditional to Scotland, and 100 luxury lodge rooms. The rooms will be available by the day, week or longer periods by members, their guests and the general public.

GENERAL PUBLIC!!! :)

Probably is a great article, I just can't seem to read it after seeing the non-word, hardy be used in the first couple of sentences.

If we are making recommendations for fine dining in the general Deer Lodge region of Montana, then my nephew is a chef at Epicurean Bistro in Missoula. I am willing to bet it beats anything in Butte.

yes, that is a great write up.  Nice to see props to another Cybergolf guy.  Plus Jeff Shelley is prince of a guy and a terrific to work for.

So is Sal Johnson for that matter.  As the Brits would say "Hearts of oak, they have..."
