Sandpines

Jordan,

In your post on 3/18/06 you listed Sandpines among four favorite courses you have played.   What happened?  Don't tell me you drank the Kool-Aid.

Be careful, this site can ruin a man.

I enjoy your participation on this site immensely.  Keep posting.

Kindest regards,

Mike

I was fortunate enough to travel to Guilin China in April. One of the more scenic spots I have ever visited. Stayed at a golf resort called Twin Peaks. They have 27 holes of aweful golf.
10 of the worst golf holes I have ever seen. From various tee boxes we actually had no idea where to play our shots. The caddies just pointed and we hoped. Two holes have two trees in the middle of the fairway. I think they tried to create a dogleg, but it is just confusing. Unplayable without a caddie.
Some pictures from one of my travelling companions website.

Unfortunately many courses in China seem to have been designed by the owner. No George Crump's as yet.
Kerry.
