No problem. I enjoy talking about it, as by pure dumb luck they happened to decide to build it on the open property just north of my house, so I've been able to watch the entire project from the beginning, albeit at some distance.
The majority of the course sits on a south-facing hillside and on the valley floor below. The slope of the hill is fairly gentle, but the ground has a lot of movement in it - there was plenty there to help create interest as far as fairway undulation and the occasional forced carry over an arroyo, etc. The third hole in particular will have an intimidating open area just in front of a false-fronted green that will have to be carried from a downhill lie. Should be interesting. I would characterize the fairways as subtly undulating as opposed to links-style humps and bumps. The upper part of the course on the hillside winds between some good-sized ponderosa pines, while the holes towards the bottom of the valley are virtually wide open, with few trees and more brush and low-lying plants. Even the tree-lined parts of the course are not heavily forested, so the wind will still be in play. Very little dirt was moved on the course, other than some shaving on a ridge near the clubhouse site to get the course down and away. I posted some pictures last year of the course under construction, if you want to check them out, but they've done so much work since then that those photos just do not do the site or the course any justice.
The course lies just south of the Parker city limits, so just a bit further from DIA than Parker itself. If there's any more specific information you require, please let me know and I'll do what I can.
