So many to choose from! But if I had to:

U.S. - Pine Valley, Friar's Head, Sand Hills, The Kingsley Club and Inniscrone

World - Craighead, North Berwick, Addington, Pennard and Swinley Forest

This list is very much open to change.  ;D

The scoring that I have been using is to divide the number of courses listed into 10 and truncate to a single decimal digit. Pat therefore scored (floor((10/11)*10))/10 = 0.0 for each course listed.
