Man, I hope they don't get too carried away. I don't know about the turf quality on the greens, but I hope that resurfacing doesn't lead to recontouring or softening. I can see some minor stuff, maybe a few more back tees where there is room. Perhaps they have some drainage swales and problem areas in FWs. But, those green pads and surrounds are pretty great, and maybe some have minor areas at the edges to reclaim.
Just to mention a few features that jump to my mind, are the green contours, soap dishes, slightly off theme holes that aren't strictly the template holes, aligator eye bunkers, the double plateau greens, the Lion's mouth 16th, Reverse Redan-knoll like 11th, Short 17th, Edenlike 3rd...
I know I'd love to have a membership there if I lived in Charleston. It is a really fine course and the club composition looks very appealing.
