Cost would certainly be #1.
Cachet would be dead last. Well, it would be tied with Carts for dead last - either would be a deal killer for me. I'd sooner part with a kidney for $$$ necessary to join an expensive club than join a cartball course!

Conditioning would matter, in an inverse sense. I wouldn't want a wall to wall green course (and I certainly wouldn't want to pay for that). I'd seek out firm and fast, preferrably even a bit unkempt.
Camaraderie would probably still top Course, though it would be a lot closer.
Maybe next time I'll read the premise of the thread before posting....
