North Shore's architect ? long island

this is a fun/rolling course with excellent greens. some say Banks, others say Tillinghast, and I think one person attributes it to Robert White. Any recent info on proper attribution ?  thanks

North Shore is originally an Emmet course.  Tillinghast renovated several holes.  The course went by a different name before North Shore.
