I'll say that it's better.
Easily one of the most important and creative courses ever built. In "normal" conditions it may be the perfect test of golfing skills. An incredible design and a must see for any GCA student.

From the road:

yes, certainly one of the ten most interesting modern golf courses, great design, hole after hole, one of Pete and Alice Dye's top top.  Fun, too, in a slightly masochistic way.

A showcase of design and strategy.
