Which course is this? 13

Although this course is in the United States it has a British connection.  If I remember rightly, you cannot see a single dwelling house from the course.  Distances in yards.

OK, how about...

Recently restored by architect of Muirfield Accomodations course at Frank McGuire ring U. GC?

No wonder I've never had a clue about American crosswords!  This course has, indeed, been restored (though only some of it had been completed on my visits in 2002 and 2003).  Deer, wild turkey and umpteen sorts of raptor were plentifully in evidence when I was there, and I'm told Mountain Lions are not uncommon, but I suspect bovine company would be more appropriate.

Speaking of wild turkeys, here are a few quenching their thirst on the 13th hole:

This is MacKenzie's Meadow Club, recently restored by Mike DeVries.

my clues included:

"Ms. DiScala" refers to Jamie-Lynn DiScala, the actress who
plays Meadow Soprano on The Sopranos.

"located in town of unbiased phone line paper copies"  = Fairfax (CA)

"designed by Golf's Most Beloved's firstborn"  refers to his
daughter, named after his favorite architect.

"Recently restored by architect of Muirfield Accomodations
course at Frank McGuire ring U. GC"-- Muirfield
Accomodations = Greywalls   and Frank McGuire ring U. refers
to Marquette U's 1977 NCAA championship hoops team
(McGuire was the coach).  Mike DeVries restored Meadow and
designed the Greywalls course at Marquette GC.

The wild turkeys were taken at the creek on the 13th hole at Meadow Club.
