Bill Diddel who was just mentioned on another thread has done a number of wonderful courses in the Midwest, including a good number in Indiana.

Played his Kenwood GC in Cincinnati last year.  Really nice layout, greens had heavy interior contour and were IMO too fast for such contour. The greens were very firm, approaches suffered from overwatering, which precluded the run-up approach.
