Ah yes, the injury factor. It does certainly impact the grand plan to deforest the barranca between 11 and 12 Pasa, not to mention 1 and 9. But in each case, take out the trees and players on all fairways will be clearly visible. Of course this doesn't fix things for those stupid enough to fire into player-filled fairways anyway, but well... for them we put up signs like at Seminole.
Only these will say "play into adjacent fairway at your own risk and with your own liability."
Of course the lawyers will likely step in and say these signs don't matter, but hopefully the scare tactic will be enough. Pasa doesn't have the ability to boot out and sell into white slavery, but they sure can kick off the course the player who beans another.
