Format for course reviews?
« on: October 23, 2005, 07:38:01 PM »
I've played a lot of golf in the Southern California area and would like to do some reviews. Is there a standard format? Is a newbie allowed to do reviews? :-\

David,

Ran is quite good at offering comprehensive, educational and interesting reviews. I'de consult his numerous reviews posted on this site as an excellent place to start in regards to formatting.

David,

If you are talking of doing a review of a course as a thread, then I would try to use your own words/ writing style, etc. It is interesting to me to read the different descriptive words that authors use to try to create the imagery of a golf course for their readers.

Go for it!

Joe

p.s. Have you played Redlands CC?
