Land for the Carthage Club

Being a relative newbie around here, I hope I'm not overstepping any boundaries. I have read Ran's description of the Carthage Club and I think sounds wonderful . . .

Well I was doing a little recreational web surfing when I found this:



This is a picture of part of a 211 acre plot for sale in Pender, NC.

the 211 acres costs only $295k.

Coincidently...

I was at the sandhills site that inspired the layout I did for my Feature Interview.  It is where Ran took the original pictures in his course write up.

I took some new pictures and since Ran hasn't updated them yet...







It is already routed...
