I hope you have returned safely from your travels.

We're thinking hard here in the Carolinas this week about a number of friends and colleagues on the Gulf Coast.

My prayers go out to everybody that came in contact with Katrina in the Gulf Coast.

I can't imagine what they are going through.  One doesn't know what they have until it is taken away from them.  It makes one realize what is important in life; family, friends, and good health.

I do not think there will be any golf played anytime soon. I wonder where you might think of staying?

When the water got to two feet in my brother in laws house he decided to make a run for it and has called that he is fine although we are not sure where he called from.

geetings from miami. katrina forced us to change our plans. unfortunately, we were hit here as well. lots of tree damage to coral gables and coconut grove. downed power lines everwhere. things are now pretty much status quo with power everywhere except a few small patches. after seeing the gulf coast, we were lucky.

Please let us know your vacation plans in the future, so we can plan accordingly. You are sort of the anti Bill-McBride.
