Baltusrol Upper v Baltusrol Lower

How does the Upper compare to the Lower?  I have heard the design of the Upper is much better?  Any thoughts...

Alex, that is a pretty well worn topic.  Upper is a bit funkier and more fun. Like so much of AWT's work, the courses reflect the environment he worked with. Upper is on more challenging terrain, its shorter and the greens are slopier.
