Inspired by a current thread, here's a proposal for "GCA Monthly" - our long sought after magazine. Maybe we could have a panel that establishes the top 100 over-rated courses in the US!
Man, would THAT list be honest as the day is long and completely immune from rater event infuences and voting favortism!!!
