Is it just me or should this site be renamed PGAatlas.com? It seems lately there are more posts about Tiger this or PGA that or some other meaningless blurb that has nothing what so ever to do about architecture. I can't remember the last meaningful topic.

A mainline where? It sure as hell better not be on any fairway, or you damn straight better break it rather than fix it! We're talking Fishers Island here---the last of the unirrigated fairway tracks!

Expect it about four times a year around the Masters, the US Open, the Open Championship and the PGA Championship...  Most of the golf world stops during those four weeks...
