the employment link worked for me and it was under the caddie description..

i just found the 2 random playing tests per year as humerous.. as if a verifiable handicap wasn't good enough.

You really have to credit Steve Wynn with being a visionary.
If you look what he had the guts to do with Shadow Creek, he raised the bar and gave architects worldwide the opportunity to get their creative juices flowing onto any hole or site and produce something outstanding.

I don't think Whistling Straits would ever have been built were it not for Shadow Creek, and if you pole all the architects, I would be curious to find out how many holes they were allowed to take more creative freedom because of Shadow Creek.
Live Jupiter, Fl, was  4 handicap, played top 100 US, top 75 World. Great memories, no longer play, 4 back surgeries. I don't miss a lot of things about golf, life is simpler with out it. I miss my 60 degree wedge shots, don't miss nasty weather, icing, back spasms. Last course I played was Augusta
