Just little mini breaks when I'm spent too much time getting tournaments setup.  I guess you must work nights.  10:55 EST + 5 hours difference to the UK is still working hours for most.

It is from his HBO special last year.

It was my impression that it's from quite a few years ago -- even back as far as the '70s. I'm sure I heard it more than a year ago. Does anyone know?

I've never been able to decide who's funnier--Robin Williams or Jim Carey. Carey is more physical than commentary and Williams is a little more commentary than physical but I think Williams goes slightly ahead with that video on golf!
