I appaud Herb Kohler for doing this.
As a former Chicago Resident, my wife and I made numerous trips to Kohler, and always enjoyed Pete Dye's courses.
He took a sleepy little mill town, and tourned it into a golf destination. I'm sure his ambitions, will be to purchase some additional land sites in Scotland, and build a golfing mecca.
As Pete Dye ages, look for him to team up with Tom Doak and/or Coore and Crenshaw to give all of us great courses.
