I for one, think it will be hard to screw up #16, since the dunes around it are so formidable. In other words, when you've got great land, you can do many things that will work.
I played St. Enodoc with Senor Bernhardt, who really loved it, but I was kinda disappointed with holes 9-14. #16 really gets it going again, so yes, I hope it's not flattened or anything like that.
