Amazing coincidence to see two people posting (John Riccio & M. Salinetti) out of the prior three whose courses were both designed by little known architect Garrett Renn.  

Renn had been the Superintendent of Philadelphia's municipal golf courses from 1950 until his untimely death in an auto accident in 1968.  His courses showed an understanding of strategic bunkering, and he did some pretty intense greensites where you never want to short-side yourself.
